Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
A Registered Behavior Technician or RBT is responsible for implementing behavior plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young clients, as well as planning social activities for our students.
The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic, friendly, and compassionate. They will have experience working with children, specifically children diagnosed with autism, down syndrome and other developmental disorders.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst or BCBA is responsible for developing treatment intervention plans, meeting with parents for training, working 1:1 with clients, and providing ongoing supervision to technicians.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for kids, and is enthusiastic about working with children with special needs. They will have experience working as a BCBA for at least one year. They are flexible and culturally competent.
